Mickey holds a Doctorate of Psychology, with a concentration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, as well as numerous coaching credentials. He serves as Assistant Professor of Psychology at Life University in Marietta, GA, where he co-created and teaches in the Master of Science in Positive Psychology – Coaching Psychology track.

Dr. Rachel M. Elahee, more fondly known as “Dr. Rae,” is a career coaching psychologist that holds a variety of credentials including: professional certified coach, board certified coach, and certified diversity practitioner. She is also the author of “Choose You!” Reignite Your Passion For Life.” As an entrepreneur, wife and mother of four, she has developed a keen passion for supporting the needs of executives, corporate leaders and small business owners.

Dr. Rae inspires professionals to excel in the workplace through ‘everyday leadership’ by equipping her clients with the practical and tangible skills necessary to achieve greater life satisfaction, professional productivity and ultimately, peace of mind. Earlier in her career Cynthia held risk management positions with Aetna and Johnson & Higgins where she designed, developed, and implemented risk management programs for a broad range of clients including many Fortune 500 companies.
