The Workplace Coach is
a division of Parsons Associates Coaching, LLC. This
executive coaching division was created to focus and better serve the
needs of our corporate and executive clients. Our
goal is to provide tools that will help managers,
leaders and their companies thrive in an
ever-evolving marketplace.
Mickey Parsons is the
founder of The Workplace Coach, where he and his
colleagues provide coaching services for
professionals, business leaders and entrepreneurs.
Mickey's background includes extensive experience in
employee assistance (EAP) leadership, corporate
education and human resources, and more than
20 years' experience managing and leading business
organizations. He holds a master's degree in
educational psychology and numerous professional
credentials, including: Master Certified Coach,
Certified Professional Behavior Analyst and
Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
Mickey has served as
coach, consultant and workshop leader for more than
60 Fortune 500 companies, including Atlanta Journal
Constitution, American Express, AXA Financial
Advisors, Bowne, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Catlin, Cox Newspapers,
Olan Mills Studios, Brach Candy Company,
UnumProvident, Bank of America, Lennar/USA Homes,
McKee Foods - The "Little Debbie" Corporation,

Debbie
Frame, MCC, CLC, PMC
Debbie has been
coaching since the late eighties. Trained as a coach during her
almost 20 year corporate tenure, Debbie integrated coaching
executives, managers and supervisors with a demanding aerospace
manufacturing management position at a Fortune 10 company.
Debbie has had a private coaching practice since 1997, coaching
executives, entrepreneurs and professionals.
Her corporate
experience is in operations with extensive training and coaching
focus in: leadership development and competencies,
organizational design, operations management, conflict
management, process improvement and problem solving. No stranger
to profit and loss, Debbie has had up to $400MM of P&L
experience and people responsibility in both union and non union
environments.
Very involved in
the coaching field over the last years, Debbie is the former
President of Coach U (the largest coach training organization in
the world). She holds the designation of Master Certified Coach
from the International Coach Federation and is a certified
Professional Mentor Coach.

Donna Cooper, MS, NCC
As a Career Coach Specialist
with over 20 years of experience working in the field of career
and personal development, Donna believes that the career path is
seldom straight. She enjoys working with clients as they
assess, identify, plan, and progress on their journey to change
whether it is to enhance a career, change a career, or to create
a career. Being aware that environmental and personal factors
can have a powerful influence on career goals and satisfaction,
Donna works with clients as they examine obstacles and motivators for change.
